A FTSE 100 and leader in its field are looking for a tax accountant to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis to undertake corporate tax compliance. The ideal candidate will want to move from the top 4 in house having recently qualified as a chartered accountant, though applicants from an in house background will be considered.
The basis of the role will be compliance and reporting. Reporting directly into a tax manager within a tax department of over 40 people, the role offers the chance of progression and a broad exposure to all business units. The candidates will need to adopt a flexible approach to their work and preferably live South of London.
Candidates will only be considered if they have strong academics together with excellent interpersonal skills. A tax or accounting qualification is necessary together with expansive career aspirations. Though this role is temporary, my client will always review performance and offer permanent or contract extensions there after.
