It will include providing advice to global and UK based companies around the design, implementation and operation of their executive and employee share plans, tax research and drafting share plans. The role involves:
* Remuneration benchmarking.
* Advising on performance measurement.
* Design and implementation of executive and non-executive remuneration strategies.
* Global and UK share plan design, drafting, communication and implementation.
* Employment tax compliance for executive and all-employee share plans, both in the UK and globally.
* Corporate governance consulting.
* Investor relations consulting, including liaison with institutional investors.
* Preparation of remuneration committee papers, and reviewing and drafting of remuneration committee reports.
* Tax-effective structuring for bonus and other long-and short-term compensation plans.
To be considered you must possess:
* ACA/ATT/CTA or with equivalent qualifications or experience (qualified if Assistant Manager)
* Ideally share plans or executive reward experience
* Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Consideration will be given to less experienced candidates with a corporate tax or audit background who are keen to specialise in this area
