You will be involved in advising on the implications of corporate transactions such as takeovers and mergers on existing share plans, structuring new incentive packages for management after the transactions have taken place. Your client portfolio will be varied and mainly FTSE 100. This means you will have an opportunity to develop real breadth and depth to both your advisory and technical skills.

The role involves:
* Advising on the implication of corporate transactions such as takeovers and mergers on existing share plans
* Structuring new incentive packages for management after transactions have taken place
* Structuring tax and social security efficient compensation packages
* Advising on the international contractual aspects of senior executive’s compensation packages.
* ACA/ATT/CTA or with equivalent qualifications or experience (qualified if Assistant Manager)
* Ideally tax remuneration planning experience
* Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Consideration will be given to less experienced candidates with a corporate tax or audit background who are keen to specialise in this area
