Are you a VAT Compliance/Systems Expert? £up to 80k Thames Valley

Our client is a leading US listed technology business with operations throughout the UK, Europe, USA and the rest of the world. EMEA is a core market for the group and deals with over 25 countries. Reporting to a director you will sit in between the VAT Compliance team and Information Technology and will be part of a team of 9. Your role will be broad and will include:-

-Technical review of VAT returns prepared by the compliance team
-Manage SOX compliance
-Tax audit support
-Manage and assist in the implementation of software
-Set up and maintain financial accounting systems

The successful candidate will be accountancy or tax qualified looking for a rare role where you can combine both compliance and systems knowledge within a substantial multinational that can offer clear paths of progression both within tax and other areas of the business
