This niche boutique that originates and develops structured investment products for HNWI's is looking to recruit a lawyer to work with the structured finance division.
Involvement in the following areas, including management of transactions and providing legal and business affairs advice to the Group:
1.Asset and structured finance transactions developed and sold by the Group;
2.Negotiation of transactions as principal with a commercial approach;
3.Dealing with legal issues and enquiries on historical transactions;
4.General legal work for the Group as arises from time to time;
5.Assisting with new product development and structuring;
6.Assistance with marketing documentation and presentations;
7.Keeping up to date with legal and market changes affecting Group's structures and business;
8.Liaising with offshore advisors and administrators; and
9.Drafting and updating precedent documentation.
You will need to have experience as a finance lawyer running the transactions and negotiating and drafting all of the documents, particularly the security documents.
