My client has undergone some exciting changes and grown significantly over the last few years. They are looking for an ambitious individual to come on board and join the Compensation, Benefits and Mobility team in Canary Wharf.
Reporting to the EMEA Compensation Manager, this position provides analytical and technical support to employees and managers on various compensation related issues including some advice around tax treatment and more generic reporting from the company's systems.
Responsibilities:
* Management of the company's share plan on a day-to-day basis, responding to individual queries and preparing buy out valuation calculations as required
* Provide ad hoc and basic tax support to the Compensation and Expatriate teams including queries regarding modified PAYE, basic taxation of share plans etc.
* Provide day-to-day assistance with general compensation and benefits queries including queries from HR generalists, payroll as well as individuals within the organisation
* Provide day-to-day assistance with compensation related queries regarding new hires or terminations
* Gathering relevant people, compensation and benefit data as required by HR for specific projects and assistance with the delivery of packages during compensation round
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to both work independently and in a team environment
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Good Excel skills required
* Financial Services experience required, either ?in house' or in a Big 4 accounting firm.
* ATT and/or CTA qualified
