This Top 10 firm in Leicester is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager to strengthen the current Corporate Tax department.

This practice is one of the leading firms of accountants & business advisers in the UK. The role will encompass managing a diverse caseload including compliance and advisory matters, dealing with specialist work such as HMRC enquiries, Planning work including submission of clearance applications for share reorganisations treasury consent applications and other Revenue clearance procedures. Other special work including share schemes, assistance with acquisitions and disposals, capital allowance reviews. You will also be required to monitor WIP and billing, provide technical support to other departments, be involved in the development and mentoring of staff and further business development.

You will need to be a confident manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is a committed team player and who can become an integral member of the department.
