A seven partner firm of accountants based in the City is recruiting a Corporate Tax Semi Senior.

The clients are varied and includes large groups with international issues to smaller owner managed businesses and the sectors they operate in include property, manufacturing, publishing, investment and trading.

Day to day duties will include:

Completion of corporation tax returns and computations
Preparation of UK tax returns for non-resident landlords based overseas
Partnership and LLP returns
International issues including double taxation relief
Preparation of letters to clients and HMRC
Dealing with HMRC enquiries and investigations
Personal tax work for shareholder directors of companies
Planning and advisory work for various corporate and personal tax issues.
