Transfer Pricing in the pure sense should not be confused with risk management or supply chain roles, which call for a separate skill set, including a solid grasp of accounting systems. Our client is looking for a classic TP professional - someone with a top class economist's training and a genuine interest in the forensic disciplines of TP, such as defence documents, deep sector research and assisting with cutting edge pricing projects for the biggest companies in the world. There are tax elements to the role which our client can train you to perform, but they can't make you a passionate Economist - that comes from you.
