Reporting directly into the European tax director, the role will look ONLY at ACA or CTA candidates with at least 4 years PQE within top practice firms or a relevant industry. The scope of the role will be to advise on all tax issues incumbent in the European business, such as:
Providing advice regarding to the structuring and implications of new business areas.
Develop, though complex and intricate transfer pricing methods together with tax laws to ensure accordance with local legislation and maximisation of tax efficiency across Europe.
Organising quarterly tax booking and supporting US GAAP tax accounting, together with reviews and SOX requirements.
Ad hoc activities such as supporting tax audits together with all inquiries relating to tax within Europe.
The role is a specialised role that will offer an excellent package together with the chance of progression. Experience of US GAAP ore reporting into a US multinational would be ideal though not necessary. This role, though initially for a contract of 12 months will go permanent with the right candidate.
