Working from the Paris office, the aim of your role will be to provide tax advice for European transactions. This may include providing local tax advice and counsel for transactions and M&A proposals, analysing existing tax structures and recommending and implementing changes to optimise the companies US and local tax position.

You will have:
- extensive experience of corporate and international tax;
- successful track record of progression within a Big 4 public accounting firm in a high-performance deal environment;
- strong expertise in deal advisory work, M&A, joint ventures, restructuring, etc
- Fluency in English;
- Leadership skills and presence to interface with external ad visors.
- Proven experience in US taxes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
