A leading investment arm of a multinational bank, based in central London, are currently looking to add new experience and expertise to their team to bolster and develop the excellent work that is already being done on a senior level.
The role of Front Office VP will require you to be responsible for managing the tax risks arising from the groups business activities and providing support to both front office and infrastructure departments.
The role has become live due to the company expanding across international waters and the increased demand for the tax team`s service.
The main duties are- ¦
·To advise the front office on tax issues surrounding live transactions, structures and risk.
·Develop the equities business
·Work closely with in-house teams and advisors
·Co-ordinate tax specialist internationally
·Monitor changes in tax law
·Oversee all tax aspects of legal trade documentation.
This role will be at VP level reporting into the head of Front Office support and you will ideally have extensive experience of delivering advice and support on specific products, have a broad experience of investment tax issues and specific expertise of equities tax issues.
