A part-time position has been newly created within this successful and growing organisation based in West London. This is a great opportunity for an In-House Tax Manager looking to improve their work/life balance by taking on a part-time position. It is envisaged that the role will require the candidate to work 2 1/2 days per week, to be arranged between the company and the candidate. Although a step down in hours, this role will not lack for challenges: it is a greenfield role in a company that have not previously had an in-house tax specialist and are currently expanding to all parts of the globe and therefore have a range of international tax issues to look at.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Manage the corporate and indirect tax concerns for the entire organisation, raising the profile of tax in the business and working towards an optimal tax position for the Group
Managing the tax concerns for start-up companies and JVs internationally
Work with the Group FC to develop and maintain a Group Transfer Pricing strategy
Identify and implement opportunities to develop the Group's tax position and maximise tax savings.
Manage Group's corporation tax compliance cycle.
Manage the Group's tax reporting process.
Ad hoc project work as required
First point of contact for all tax advisory issues arising from the business

Skills/Experience:

ACA/CTA qualified corporate tax specialist with experience in International Tax and Transfer Pricing. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously. It is anticipated that the candidate will have previously worked in-house.
