Our client is a leading financial services provider who have a program that allows its employees to work in-house, on-site with clients once they have completed their probation period. You will be offered a minimum 3 month secondment to a bank and this can be extended to a further stay (some employees are on permanent rolling secondments). This offer has been hugely successful and allows expatriate staff to sample working in-house and work closely with the client. If you are unsure if you want a permanent move into an in-house role, this affords you the luxury of sampling before committing to something long term, alternative you have the safety net of being able to return to the profession should industry not suit you.
