Our client aims to be the premier provider of bespoke structured finance solutions to high net worth individuals. Presently our client has 23 full-time employees.
Our client is seeking a lawyer with excellent asset finance/structured products experience and a commercial approach to sit within its in-house legal team. The lawyer will report to the head of legal and will have the support of a junior lawyer and legal secretary.
Involvement in the following areas, including management of transactions and providing legal and business affairs advice to the Group:
1.Asset and structured finance transactions developed and sold by the client
2.Negotiation of transactions as principal with a commercial approach;
3.Dealing with legal issues and enquiries on historical transactions;
4.Legal issues on film development and co-production;
5.General legal work for the Group as arises from time to time;
6.Assisting with new product development and structuring;
7.Assistance with marketing documentation and presentations;
8.Keeping up to date with legal and market changes affecting the client's structures and business;
9.Liasing with offshore advisors and administrators; and
10.Drafting and updating precedent documentation.
