An interim position for an initial 3-4 months with the potential of a longer term opportunity within a European treasury function for an experienced corporate treasury professional with strong exposure to cash management that is, initially, able to assist in the implementation of new banking architecture.
* Open and close bank accounts
* Ongoing review of European entities' bank account architecture. Working as part of a project team to propose and implement changes
* Calculate/monitor daily cash positions
* Determine daily bank transfers required to support business and investment activity
* Assist in development and maintenance of portfolio cash flow reports
* Working to invest short term funds
* Relationship management with bankers and internal and external stakeholders
* Assist Treasury Manager where required on ad hoc projects
The Candidate
The position would suit an experienced corporate treasury professional with exposure within a multicurrency environment and would be a position A good knowledge of electronic banking systems is a prerequisite and candidates will be able to work in as part of a small team in which they will be required to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as part of their day to day routine. Candidates will be available on short notice and available to commit to an initial 12 week period.
