•Developing and maintaining analytical and documentation framework in which tax risk could be assessed across a number of jurisdictions and embedded into a wider picture of business risks, opportunities and decision making.
•Working closely with cross-functional project teams to identify tax benefit and risk areas associated with new proposals.
•Facilitating understanding of international and domestic tax risks across the business (Treasury, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit) and assist the Board of Directors with decision-making processes.
•Maintaining robust UK tax compliance position in respect of international tax issues (CFCs, overseas dividends, clearances and notifications).
•Providing cross-border transactional support.
•Assist with Group reporting and review and advise on some UK Tax Compliance issues.
About you:
•3 - 5 years PQE Tax advisory experience, including international tax planning and cross-border project work.
•A high level of initiative and creativity backed by strong analytical skills.
•A commercial approach and understanding of business with the proven ability to influence a wide range of senior management.
•Strong communication skills.
•Willing to travel as and when required.
