You will look after a a team of circa 10 tax individuals across, corporate tax, expat, share stock options and general international tax.
This business provide both tax and legal advice to a range of clients who have UK trading companies with US or EMEA parent companies. You will be overseeing the advisory and compliance of the tax team and ensuring that the team is positioned to offer services to all clients at all times of the year.
You will have a very strategic mind, the ability to meet deadlines and manage a small team. This is a forward thinking business with a commercial outlook so we are looking for equally commercial and business focused people.
With regards to experience the most important thing is international tax, if you have experience of transfer pricing and management this is advantageous.
