As an International tax Structuring manager or Senior Manager, you will be tasked with researching and advising firms on optimum structuring strategies to ensure tax efficiency both locally and globally.
This is a Manchester based team working on work sourced from London clients and therein lies the key feature for this role. London-level work with the reduced cost of living in Manchester.
This is a client facing and technically demanding role, often working with many well known large multi national companies and working on major corporate transactions involving cutting edge international planning ideas.
Ideally you will have working knowledge of international structuring to include profit repatriation, double tax-relief planning, and working within the tax regimes and regulations of different countries.
In addition to the structuring, the team are also involved in complex planning projects, from both a general UK and international perspective.
Specifically the role will involve;
- Detailed technical research
- Project management
- Developing/managing detailed implementation plans to ensure successful project conclusion.
