Therefore required is somebody of extensive VAT experience with a strong professional presence, international awareness and fantastic communication skills. This largely client facing role will be primarily responsibility to identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and new clients to maximise their VAT refund capabilities. Relationships are key within this consultancy, the ability to build and maintain them with blue-chip clients all over the continent. You will be providing advice on cross border issues, VAT technical advice and VAT compliance assistance on key matters throughout the EU and further a field.
Those applying for such a rare opportunity must have at least 5 years inside a professional consultancy practice or industry. They must have also attained client facing senior VAT positions and have up-to-date knowledge of EU VAT legislation. Candidates must also be bilingual French & English. International travel involved.
