As a mixed tax specialist, you will manage a portfolio of varied clients and assist the Tax Partner in the provision of high quality compliance and tax planning services for a range of businesses and private clients.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate both personal and corporate tax experience. In addition to this, you should live within the Suffolk area or be willing to relocate to this area.
The role will include:
- Preparation of self assessment tax returns, including CGT computations and preparation of schedules of income.
- Preparation of business tax calculations, and review of corporate tax calculations and returns.
- CGT planning and other ad hoc project work.
- Presenting tax returns and related services to clients with appropriate explanations.
- Provision of technical assistance to non-tax staff.
- Mentoring of junior staff.
