Niche financial services consultancy has created a new senior level opportunity to work on the tax side of the practice. Key aspects of the role will be advising owner-managed businesses on tax efficient structuring of entities, onshore and offshore tax planning, use of partnership structures and best practice on tax compliance management. This role is strongly biased to tax planning and structuring of client affairs, with tax compliance work limited to review of returns prepared by others in the team. Ideal background is a Big 4 / Top 20 firm Senior Tax Manager with a tax background biased to corporate tax, strong client facing and relationship building skills, now looking to manage own career more actively. Experience of the investment management / fund industry will be an advantage. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get away from the large firm structured environment, and with progression prospects to Partner level over the next 3-5 years.
