The Performance and Reward Team advises clients on:
* all aspects of employee share participation, including designing, drafting and implementing the full range of approved and unapproved share plans for public and private companies;
* the design and implementation of other forms of incentivisation arrangements such as cash bonus schemes and ?phantom? option schemes;
* the structure and quantum of executive remuneration packages;
* the employee share scheme aspects of corporate transactions;
* corporation tax issues relating to employee share participation; and
* the PAYE / NIC consequences of providing shares to employees.
Clients range across all industries and typical projects can range from a week to six months in duration.

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
* Manage the successful delivery of projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken
* Contribute to successfully extracting maximum value for both the firm and clients from the services delivered, whilst managing risk appropriately for both client and the firm
* Dedicated to winning work by proactively managing existing clients and concentrating on developing the business and winning new clients
Person:
* Effective time management, able to act under own initiative and remain calm under pressure
* Ability to identify and manage areas of risk within clients' business and know when to refer upwards
* Strong communicator in a range of situations both written and oral
* Negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion and handle challenges
* Strong client relationship skills, commercially aware, with ability to deliver quality outputs to clients
* Interest in people/human capital issues
* Sociable, ability to work in a team
* ATT or CTA qualification and 2-3 years experience required
