| Description: | This ?Top 20? practice is currently experiencing a high volume of work and is consequently looking to recruit an experienced personal tax manager or senior manager to play a key part in planning projects for the firm?s client base a mix of HNWIs, many of whom are non domiciled, company directors and significant onshore and offshore trusts.
The role will involve working very closely with partners on projects with a particular focus on CGT and IHT matters, shareholder issues and residence and domicile questions as well as business/asset disposals. The person will also review compliance work, manage staff and contribute to business development and help with raising the profile of the personal tax department.
The likely candidate will be an existing manager or senior manager from a Big 4/Top 20 or quality independent practice, have good experience of dealing with non domiciled issues and a background of managing a team. |
