This role will be located in Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man and will involve servicing a current client base and expanding the delivery of trust and fiduciary services to new clients within the property industry. The property team deals with all types of offshore structures holding property and a detailed working knowledge of such structures with property portfolios whether for investment purposes, development projects or property funds is required.
In addition to strong technical know-how this role requires a proven track record in business development. The successful candidate will be required to identify new business opportunities whilst at the same time providing a high quality service to current clients.
The organisation has a strong back-office support set-up and some line management experience is desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and grow a large client portfolio and will be extremely well-rewarded for strong performance.
