This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or CTA qualified professional to work in a specialist team in one of the UK's leading accountancy firms.
You will be involved in all elements of reward and compensation consulting for a comprehensive range of clients from large multi national groups through to privately owned companies with a primary focus on incentive plan consulting, design and implementation.
The role will include designing and modelling effective plans, attending client meetings, remuneration advisory work, drafting plan rules and documentation, advising on the introduction of share plans and liaising with HM Revenue & Customs.
You will ideally be a newly qualified lawyer with a maximum of 1 year PQE having completed a seat in corporate tax which included experience of share option plans and employment taxes. The firm would also be interested to meet tax specialists from other disciplines who are looking to move into share schemes work.
