The worlds leading public practice is currently recruiting for a sales and purchase agreement senior manager into their M&A group, ideally the candidate will have a legal background.
As a professionally qualified and relevantly experienced candidate the role will offer you the opportunity to be involved in providing support to the director in the sales and purchase agreement team which provides expert XLOS support to clients, partners and deal teams on the identification and articulation of value issues related to deal completion mechanics to assist in their deal negotiations. You will advise clients on their strategy and pricing decisions and be involved in negotiations on value. A keen eye for detail and a commercial approach sought!
