Working within a small integrated team professionals, you will be offered a broad range of share schemes work and will be responsible for drafting and producing all relevant documentation to a high standard. Vacancy
Proactively looking to develop business existing clients and setting/ meeting targets
Building and maintaining tax relationships with clients; directing all tax activities
Providing share schemes advice and legal expertise specifically drafting
Ideally have a legal background with a law qualification or ATT / CTA, ACA / ACCA qualified
Able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge with a strong and broad share schemes background
Be client focused and commercially aware
