Our client is a successful niche private client advisory firm who service a high calibre client base with a focus on “old money” wealthy families and their estates. The proprietor is keen to expand the business and consequently seeks a high calibre private client / capital taxes specialist to join him. You will be suitably qualified (ACA / CTA / STEP or a solicitor) and will have relevant advisory experience in the private client arena. You will have hands on experience of IHT planning and trusts and ideally will also have a more broadly based tax background. The position will involve a substantial degree of client contact and will appeal to someone who not only has strong technical skills but who is a self-starter (with excellent inter-personal skills). The role offers an attractive salary and entrepreneurial candidates (perhaps with their own following) may have the opportunity of equity participation.
