Responsibilities include
-Acting for a portfolio of corporate clients as the main tax contact for client service across a range of compliance and consultancy assignments, including tax planning for the sale of companies and assets, corporate reorganisations, listing on AIM and the Full Market, raising finance
-Identifying and developing bespoke tax solutions which are relevant to our clients and importantly
-Responding to HMRC enquiries
-Safeguarding the practice through ensuring we minimise professional risk, including appropriate documentation for the services provided, and adequate consultation and review
-Playing a lead role in developing relationships and business opportunities with potential clients and marketing the services the firm has to offer
-taking on part of the responsibility for the development of your team including motivating and rewarding key personnel
