Our client is looking to appoint an area Senior Tax Manager or Tax Partner for the East Anglia region. Covering 5 offices (with the potential to acquire more) you will look to build a team and grow the tax service offerings from each office. The mix of clients range from owner managed businesses to wealthy high net worth individuals. The role has massive scope to make this your own creation and determine the direction of the tax department and its offerings.
The role would suit an existing partner or a senior manager with the desire and drive to quickly achieve partnership upon displaying the right aptitude. You should possess strong business development skills and be able to generate work from existing clients as well as new ones.
Salary will be dependent upon level and experience but will range from £70,000 - £120,000, potentially more if a fee following is in contention. Equally you may be a sole practitioner looking to merge you practice, but still have the desire to be head of the tax department.
