The role
Continued growth of the international businesses has resulted in the need to have a member of the International Tax department based in Europe. The role will report into the tax department in the US and key responsiblities will be:
• Management of internal tax reporting, compliance and tax audits in all territories outside of North America
• Proactive identification and appraisal of tax issues and opportunities
• Manage and interface with external tax advisers
• Advise and provide input to the Group's international tax strategy and corporate structure
About you
This role would ideally suit a commercially aware tax professional who can provide strategic input across all tax areas, yet has a practical and hands-on approach.
• Good experience of advising multinational companies on a variety of tax issues
• Knowledge regarding Transfer Pricing methodologies a requirement & IFRS experience preferred
• Excellent at building business relationships, being able to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely
• Hands-on approach to implementing tax processes and procedures
• Enjoy working in a fast paced business culture
