This international retail financial services group, with significant operations in Asia, the US and the UK has an opening for an experienced tax manager to join the tax department on an interim basis.
The primary duties will include the following:
- Reviewing tax returns
- Dealing with HMRC correspondence
- Involvement in tax reporting process
- General corporate tax compliance related work eg. drafting guidance on new HMRC information and inspection powers
- Initial work on tax risk management framework.
This role will initially be for 3-6 months with the possibility of a longer term position at the end of this term.
This is a pivotal role in the department and you will have a strong commercial outlook and the ability to liaise with senior staff in the business
