We are a leading specialist in the design and administration of employee share schemes and other employee benefits. With clients in every significant industry sector, our committed approach has led us to become the preferred provider by many organisations. We are now looking to recruit an additional Share Scheme Manager / Employee Benefits Manager.
In this role you will join our rapidly expanding practice which specialises in the design and administration of share-based incentives for a diverse range of quoted and unquoted clients.
To succeed in this role you must have experience from within professional services, and a solid business background. You will also need a business-related degree (or equivalent).
Additionally you will need, or be able rapidly to acquire, knowledge of business taxation and corporate finance. Full training on employee share schemes will be provided. Equally as important to your success as the Share Scheme Manager / Employee Benefits Manager will be your ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and accurate manner to shareholders and directors of client companies.
We are accredited as Investors in People and encourage and pay for staff to undertake external courses, particularly where these will lead to additional professional qualifications. We are a small and friendly company located in New Malden, Surrey, close to the A3 and excellent train services (20 minutes to Waterloo).
The compensation package is very competitive and in addition to salary, includes private health insurance, pension, bonuses and health club membership. The company also offers flexible working arrangements. Equity participation may be available for the right candidate.
