This firm advise on all aspects of employment, pensions and benefits law. Their work includes advisory across all areas of human resources law; advising on the employment, pension and benefits implications of termination; and a range of contentious and non-contentious work.
Currently looking for share scheme lawyers to join them working on transactions, advisory and dispute related matters.

Between two to four years experience at a leading law firm
Have a tenacious and enthusiastic approach to surpass the expectations or our clients
Confident and self motivated
Strong technical and commercial abilities
Able to work effectively as part of a team and supervise more junior lawyers
Highly effective communicator (both orally and in writing)
Responsibilities:
Draft complex legal documents succinctly
Negotiates/argues relatively complex issues or points alone or alongside partners
Take full responsibility for work and delegates, manages and mentors junior associates and trainees
Participate at seminars/training to clients and other associates and work with our Business Development Manager to generate ideas/plans
Establish profile and relationships with partners and clients by displaying a good understanding of the clients current business and future objectives and is able to provide commercially oriented advice
Have structured and timely approach to financial management including regular review of work in progress, billing and unpaid bills
Able to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload
The salary is superb with benefits to match. You will currently be working at a city law firm or Big Four firm and be anywhere between NQ-5 years in terms of experience.
