This consultancy has enjoyed rapid growth over recent years and to aid this expansion they are looking to recruit a share schemes manager who will be based in their Bristol office.
Ideally you will be CTA qualified (ACA / ACCA with relevant tax experience also considered) with a robust working knowledge of stock based remuneration schemes, as well as a working of international accounting standards
You will be responsible for a portfolio of international clients, advising them directly on various forms of stock based remuneration for international employees. A significant part of the role involves liaising directly with clients regarding local tax treatments in respect of stock based remuneration, so you must feel comfortable with the challenge of quickly learning about the tax legislation of different jurisdictions as and when necessary.
On a competency basis you must be able to demonstrate exemplary levels of customer service, flexibility and motivation. |
