This internationally renowned accountancy firm is looking for a share schemes manager to join its specialist team of human resources and tax specialists. Clients range across all industries focusing on fast growth UK companies and US and European corporates operating in the UK.
All work is project based and you will advise on the implementation issues (both tax and legal) associated with the share plans of UK quoted and unquoted companies and also on the extension of such share plans overseas. This will include undertaking technical research, drafting the share plan documentation and attending client meetings. You will also with the research, development and implementation of new equity incentive schemes.
You will ideally be a CTA qualified tax specialist or barrister/solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' of share plans experience. You should also be a team player and excellent communicator (both verbal and written).
