This Big 4 firm is looking for a Share Schemes Manager to join its Global Employer Services team in Reading.

As manager, you will design employee share plans, and then continue to advise on the commercial considerations and administer the schemes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the employer consulting market or a share schemes background gained in a large law firm. You must hold strong client engagement and management experience with the ability to develop new business. You must be a strong team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload with a flexible approach.
