This Big 4 firm in Reading is looking to recruit a Tax Adviser to join the growing share schemes department.

The team advises a variety of clients on:-

all aspects of employee share participation, including designing, drafting and implementing the full range of approved and unapproved share plans for public and private companies;
the design and implementation of other forms of incentivisation arrangements such as cash bonus schemes and phantom option schemes;
the structure and quantum of executive remuneration packages;
the employee share scheme aspects of corporate transactions;
corporation tax issues relating to employee share participation; and
the PAYE / NIC consequences of providing shares to employees.

Clients range across all industries and typical projects can range from a week to six months in duration. This is a specialist area of huge potential growth. This is a very exciting opportunity for developing your career in a vibrant and constantly changing environment.

No previous share schemes experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will need to have strong teamwork and communication skills, a keen interest in human capital issues and the ability to deliver a quality client service.
