Vacancy
As a Senior Manager/ Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing commercial and tax effective compensation packages and bonus arrangements
Advising on compensation related issues in transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions
Developing and implementing compensation structures for fund managers
Advising on tax efficient remuneration planning for international employers or high net worth individuals working or moving abroad
Minimising the taxation and social security costs that arise in relation to an employer’s UK and global workforce and assisting employers to meet their compliance obligations effectively
The work is varied and challenging and you will have the opportunity to work across a number of business sectors.
The majority of clients are in the financial sector, but there will also exposure to multi-national public companies, privately owned companies and sporting organisations.
