Comprising over 70 tax professionals and business support staff operating across all areas of corporation tax and personal tax, this is the largest tax team within a national practice firm in Greater London and there are plans to grow the team by a further 20% over the next couple of years.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
The provision of advice on and the design of, employee equity incentives and affiliated trust structures;
Advice on relevant tax effects and consequences;
Assisting with annual reporting requirements as well as providing technical support to partners and other members of the firm; and
Helping to build the Share Scheme practice across the region.
There will also be the opportunity to become involved on a regional basis in larger consultancy projects involving corporate strategy and restructuring, corporate finance, due diligence, remuneration planning, flexible benefits/salary sacrifice, employment status, etc.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience
ATT and CTA qualifications (or equivalent) are preferred, but not essential.
Proven experience working solely in Share Schemes within an Accountancy or Legal Firm.
