This US Investment Banking Group is looking for a Tax Accountant to focus on real estate, private equity or investment funds. Involved in £multi million, cross-border transactions they have managed to weather the credit crunch and are in fact well capitalised to take advantage of the current economic climate and make key investments that will push them further ahead of the competition.

Working in a large tax team you will initially focus on UK Corporate tax compliance and tax accounting with a view to fully understand a highly complex banking group. Once you have proved yourself there will be scope to move into a more advisory focused role where you would look at structuring, M &A, direct investment, joint ventures, and exotic financial products.

You will ideally be working for a Big 4 in their Real Estate, Private Equity, or Financial Services Group and will be ACA Qualified looking to make your 1st move in house within a world class investment bank that has a large group tax team and as such can offer you limitless future career opportunities.
