This Big 4's Global Mobility team helps employers address and manage the business issues relating to their global workforce. As part of the Global Mobility services, this Big 4 offers a team of Stock & Mobility Solution specialists who provide assistance to their clients on income allocation for cross border exercises of stock options. The Stock and Mobility Solutions team works with large multinational FTSE 100 - 350 clients across many different industries.

The Stock and Mobility Solutions team is growing and has a need for a Senior Manager who can develop strong relationships with new clients and sell the firm’s Stock & Mobility services. The ideal candidate will have a mix of tax experience, ideally in international share scheme tax, expatriate tax or payroll taxes and proven record of sales and project management.

You will be responsible for generating sales opportunities for the Stock & Mobility team in the EMEA region, following up leads and providing demonstrations for the tool where required. An important part of the role will be to build relationships with overseas offices and liaise with client teams. Feeding into global team policy & approach, sharing best practice you will also manage the scope of engagement and internal processes, delivering to service level agreements.

Ideally you will have experience of cross border tax and share plan issues. You must have a good understanding of tax technology and a proven record of client project management and product sales.
