Our client is a world leading FTSE 100 supplier of fast-moving consumer goods. They are seeking a Tax Accountant to work with the whole team, assisting across the group.
The role will involve assisting the various tax managers in preparing tax calculations for reporting purposes and preparing tax computations and returns and correspondence with HMRC. A large part of the role will be tax compliance, however it will also include ad hoc tax advice and you will be responsible for the tax compliance of some small trading companies, as well as claims and elections and tracking assessments and appeals for the group.
Candidates will ideally be ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified or qualified by experience, have great interpersonal skills and be a strong team player. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an individual to develop their tax career within a challenging in-house environment.
