Initially you will gain an understanding and appreciation of the company through compliance. Working closely with the Head of Tax, it is expected that you will then develop into playing a key role in undertaking crucial planning and project work for the group.
Although this is a mixed corporate tax and VAT position, a mixed background is not essential. Applicants looking to apply for this superb new opportunity should be ACCA or ACA qualified with a solid background in UK corporate tax. Support will be given in the role so a crucial characteristic requirement is that you have the desire to learn and take your tax expertise to the next level.
