• all aspects of employee share participation, including designing, drafting and implementing the full range of approved and unapproved share plans for public and private companies;
• the design and implementation of other forms of incentivisation arrangements such as cash bonus schemes and "phantom" option schemes;
• the structure and quantum of executive remuneration packages;
• the employee share scheme aspects of corporate transactions;
• corporation tax issues relating to employee share participation; and
• the PAYE / NIC consequences of providing shares to employees.
