Responsibilities:
To provide technical support to the Equity Incentives senior managers and managers
To develop both technical equity incentives tax and legal skills as well as general human resource and plan operation knowledge
Comply with risk management procedures
Advise on the implementation issues of share plans for UK quoted and unquoted companies and the extension of plans overseas.
