FTSE 100 Company requires a corporate specialist for a transactional role. With a number of businesses forming the core of the group and these in turn spanning a number of business sectors, the position is varied and high profile. Reporting to the head of tax, the role involves liaising with UK based subsidiaries to minimise their tax exposure generally and provide tax support to their activities which can include, amongst others, acquisitions and disposals and reorganisations.
Additional areas will involve the management of investigations and employee issues work. The role offers the opportunity for involvement in implementing change within the overall tax strategy and to develop a tax career at high level. Ideal candidates will currently be 2/3 years post qualified and in management roles in practice or commerce.
