The financial services tax team of this friendly and innovative Big 4 firm provides both consulting and compliance tax services. It consults on issues such as: mergers & acquisitions; tax consolidation; tax losses; capital gains tax; foreign exchange and international transactions.
You will be involved in developing client relationships with a range of clients such as retail and investment banks, fund managers and asset managers. You will need to be across changes in tax laws and regulations and provide advice to clients on the impact of these changes.
You'll currently be working in a chartered, legal or industry tax advisory role and be seeking to join a successful tax practice with a large and challenging client base which will allow you to develop to your full potential.
