This progressive firm are seeking to fill this vacancy in order to aid them with the continued development of their practice but also for the long term succession planning of the firm. The firm has been established for a number of years and employs in excess of 20 staff.
The client is seeking to appoint a Qualified Accountant , either ACA or ACCA. Whilst not essential CTA would be desirable given that this position offers future progression to Tax Partner. You will have ideally worked for a similar sized practice either within tax or accounts and be able to bring with you a wide range of accounting and tax knowledge along with planning experience across both personal and corporate tax.
Given that this role is a developing one you will either bring with you a client portfolio or the ability to business develop from your networks. Whilst staff management is not part of the role there will also be the chance in the future to lead the tax team so those with previous staff management experience would be preferred.
